Panic over! Doctor Who has found a new assistant.
Contrary to evidence in the above photo, Glasgow has been a lot less wet today. Hurrah! As you can (just about) see, the self mades are out in force:
- One knitted hat, blogged about here.
- One crocheted snood, made following this tutorial.
- One V1179 Black Magic Dress in jersey from Saeed Fabrics.
Today, there’s been shopping…
And dancing…
And museums…
And soon there’s going to be…
I wish you could all be here with me to raise a glass to Glasgow!
Looks like like you have had a lovely time – enjoy your cocktail!!!
Ah, we’ll have to wait a few weeks til Edinburgh! Looks like you’re having a blast 🙂
Ah Karen, I lived in Glasgow for 8 years and you’re making me come over all nostalgic! Loving your pics!
About time Dr Who featured a storyline about home sewing!
Couldn’t agree more!
Yay! I’m half Glaswegian, it has a special place in my heart. Is the rain going sideways as usual?
Oh yes, indeed!
Huzzah! So glad you are enjoying Glasgee 🙂
Have a drink on me! That looks divine! I’m loving your Me-Made dressings. The happiest of all New Year’s to you!
xoxo, Sunni
Thank you, Sunni!
Wonderful pics – made me feel like I was there.
I have never seen a tardis in Glasgow! Clearly I went to all the wrong parts of town!
Yay for holidays! Yay for me-made clobber on holidays! Yay for delicious looking alcomaholic drinks!
Have a happy new year, Karen! See you on the flipside, or 2012 – whichever comes first!
You would be a great Doctor’s companion. Where can I vote you in?
