A weekend away brought me to Paddington station. I was wearing my Sewaholic Minoru jacket, that has more than a little Paddington Bear inspiration. So, we had to be snapped together, didn’t we? (I wonder if I should keep marmalade sandwiches in my patch pockets…)
The last time I was photographed with this bear was during last year’s Me Made June, on 11 June to be exact. Ah, memories!
Dolly Clackett has also been photographed with this well-meaning bear:

I think all sewing or knitting bloggers passing through Paddington station should get snapped with this bear. Make it your Paddington Pledge!
I sign up to be part of the Paddington Pledge! We are going to London w/ friends in April, maybe I can manipulate our itinerary to include a visit with the dear bear.
Hmmm. Am in London in a couple of weeks……Px
Cool! I never knew the bear was there! Now must make it back to London. Thanks for giving me a valid excuse, Karen
LOVE THAT COAT!!!!
I miss London! I’d love to go back one day now that I sew and pose with Paddington Bear (and take in all the sewing goodness). I remember being at this station for a class project and seeing a wagon full of Paddington Bear stuff, but I don’t remember the statue!
Passing through?! I’ll make a special pilgrimage!
(But do you think making a monster-fur bear costume for the occasion is taking it too far?)
Love the Minoru jacket btw,
Love this! 😀
Wonderful fun! I never made it there but next time, and there WILL be a next time!
I’ve read all his books, that Paddington! Love that he inspired your coat & love the pics! 🙂
Wish I could send you the pic of me with Paddington bear from a couple of years ago!
I have always been tempted to get a pic like that but I felt a bit childish… saying that what is wrong with being a bit child-like every once in a while if it makes us smile 🙂
